Luxembourg–Belgium expertise & international environments
Gaëtane develops and leads AIBM’s Luxembourg–Belgium expertise. She has solid accounting, tax and financial experience in international environments, both for SMEs and multinationals.
France–Luxembourg expertise & wealth perspective
Bertrand has been supporting entrepreneurs, executives and investors operating between France and Luxembourg for many years. His career has enabled him to develop a comprehensive view of entrepreneurial situations, integrating business management, taxation and wealth-related issues.
Luxembourg–Belgium expertise & international environments
Gaëtane develops and leads AIBM’s Luxembourg–Belgium expertise. She has solid experience in international environments and larger organisations, notably within multinationals. She supports companies facing cross-border, organisational and human challenges, with a structured, rigorous, solutions-oriented approach. Gaëtane focuses in particular on taxation, remuneration management, social security obligations and the organisation of businesses operating across several countries. Her role is to bring clarity and security in contexts often perceived as complex, by offering solutions tailored to both the situation and the executives.
France–Luxembourg expertise & wealth perspective
Bertrand has been supporting entrepreneurs, executives and investors operating between France and Luxembourg for many years.
His career, notably within private banks, has enabled him to develop a comprehensive view of entrepreneurial situations, integrating business management, taxation and wealth-related issues.
Used to complex contexts, Bertrand works both on structuring establishment projects and on organising executive remuneration and wealth support.
He places particular importance on the consistency of the decisions made, taking into account both professional and personal objectives.
His way of working is guided by a pragmatic, long-term approach, where figures above all serve to inform choices and secure trajectories.

Open positions
Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Accountant, you will manage the accounting from A to Z. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day accounting: Entering supplier invoices, managing expense claims and tracking customer payments.
- Cash management: Bank reconciliations and daily monitoring of cash flows.
- Tax: Preparing VAT returns and other taxes (CVAE, CFE, etc.).
- Closings: Active participation in monthly closings and in preparing the annual balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
- Reporting: Analysing variances and updating activity monitoring dashboards.
Desired profile
You are the ideal candidate if:
- Education: You hold a qualification equivalent to a 2–3-year post-secondary degree in accounting (BTS CG, DCG or equivalent).
- Experience: You have experience in a similar role, ideally in a firm or an SME.
- Technical skills:
- Strong command of accounting software is essential (e.g., Sage, Cegid, SAP).
- Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Good knowledge of current tax and accounting regulations.

- Rigour and organisation: You pay attention to detail and strictly meet deadlines.
- Autonomy: You know how to manage your priorities while being a team player.
